The STUVA conference is a premier forum for the use of the underground area. With more than 4,400 experts from over 20 countries, it is one of the world’s leading and largest events in the tunnel sector and brings together the entire value chain of the tunnel industry for professional exchange.

The STUVA Conference is held mid November/early December in odd years. Munich is host of the STUVA Conference in 2027.

The presentations will be given bilingually (simultaneous translation English/German) on December 8 and 9 covering the following main topics. In addition to the segment “Tunnelling” in a separate room lectures are dedicated to “Tunnel Operation/Planning”.

STUVA-Expo

On December 8 and 9, an accompanying exhibition will take place at the conference venue. Most recently around 200 international companies presented their products and services in the field of civil engineering, tunnelling and tunnel operation.

Festive Evening

The traditional festive evening is one of the highlights of the event. You too can meet with your business partners in a pleasant atmosphere.

Technical Excursions

On December 10, participants of the conference are invited to visit interesting construction sites on the 2. Core S-Bahn route, the U5 and traffic infrastructure facilities in and around Munich.

STUVA Prize, STUVA Young Talent Award

The “STUVA Prize 2027” for outstanding innovations in the field of underground construction will be awarded during the opening session of the conference. In addition, the STUVA Young Talent Award is presented for the best presentation from the “Youth Forum”.
